The nitty gritty.

  • We hear you loud and clear. We pride ourselves on communication. With so much at stake, we want to make sure that you know we’re listening and you’ll receive confirmation of that every step of the way. After our initial meeting and measurements, we will send you a scope of work document for your approval within 24 hours. If we missed something, call it out. We’ll record it all and make sure we’ve got you and your vision covered.

  • We’re using our notes and measurements from our first visit to give it our best shot at a concept design you’ll love. We’ll schedule a meeting two weeks out from the initial consultation, and present to you the floor plans, elevations, and 3D views of your new space. The only way to bring your vision to life exactly the way you want is to get some stellar feedback. Tell us what you like, what you don’t like, what to add or subtract, and ask us questions so we can bring your vision to life. We encourage you to ask even the obvious questions. We’re here for it.

  • This is the fun part. If desired, we’ll help you pick out all the interior design elements. This includes, but is not limited to, cabinet finishes, countertops, cabinet hardware, lighting fixtures, switch plates, outlet covers, flooring, paint colors, tile selection, plumbing fixtures, and more.

  • If you’ve chosen Package 2, you’ve already linked up with a contractor by this point. Hopefully you’ve got a good base in terms of cost by presenting our concept design documents to your chosen contractor. We’ll connect and coordinate with your contractor to start bringing your project to life. Here we discuss limitations, cost constraints, and how to avoid/confront hurdles prior to the start of construction. We’ll develop the design documents that represent your vision, including floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, finish schedules, and more. The design documents will go to the client and the contractor for additional comments or questions prior to finalization. Additionally, all designs go through a C&B quality control reviewer to make sure we have a fresh set of eyes at all times.
